Payment Terms A non-refundable deposit of $500 per person is required at the time of booking. Final payment is due [e.g. 90 days] before departure. If booking is made within the final payment window, full payment is required immediately. If Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or cash (subject to applicable fees). 4. Changes & Cancellations Changes after booking may incur amendment fees and are subject to availability. Cancellation charges apply as follows: More than 60 days before departure: Deposit only 30–59 days before departure: 50% of total package cost Less than 30 days before departure or no-show: 100% of total package cost Airline and hotel-specific penalties may also apply in addition to the above. 5. Complaints & Claims Any complaints during travel must be reported immediately to the local operator or our office. Claims must be submitted in writing within 14 days of return. 9.
