1. Booking Terms All bookings made through Holidays Centre Travel Agency are subject to availability and governed by these Terms & Conditions. By confirming a holiday package, the client agrees to these terms.

3. Payment Terms
A non-refundable deposit of $500 per person is required at the time of booking.
Final payment is due [e.g. 90 days] before departure.
If booking is made within the final payment window, full payment is required immediately.
If Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or cash (subject to applicable fees).
4. Changes & Cancellations
Changes after booking may incur amendment fees and are subject to availability.
Cancellation charges apply as follows:
More than 60 days before departure: Deposit only
30–59 days before departure: 50% of total package cost
Less than 30 days before departure or no-show: 100% of total package cost
Airline and hotel-specific penalties may also apply in addition to the above.
5. Travel Documents
Passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your return date.
It is the customer’s responsibility to obtain necessary visas and permits.
Travel insurance is highly recommended for all travellers.
6. Flight & Accommodation Details
Flight schedules and accommodation details are subject to change without notice due to airline or supplier decisions.
We are not liable for missed connections due to schedule changes or delays.
Hotel star ratings are provided by local authorities and may differ from international standards.
7. Responsibility
Holidays Centre Travel Agency acts as an agent only and is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, etc).
We do not accept liability for any loss, injury, delay, or inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g. natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or political unrest).
8. Complaints & Claims
Any complaints during travel must be reported immediately to the local operator or our office.
Claims must be submitted in writing within 14 days of return.
